Refund Policy

General Policy

AXONERP’s SaaS ERP software is a subscription-based service, and refunds are typically not provided after the subscription term has begun. We offer a free trial period (if applicable) to help you evaluate the software before committing to a paid subscription.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to reach out to us directly with any billing or service issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation During Free Trial: If we offer a free trial, you may cancel anytime during the trial period without incurring any charges. No refunds apply in this case, as no payment would have been collected.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged in error or for a service you did not authorize, please contact us. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.
  • Service Unavailability: In rare cases of prolonged service downtime (outside scheduled maintenance) lasting more than [e.g., 72 consecutive hours] and affecting your access to our core ERP functions, you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit, at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Conditions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • After Subscription Period Begins: Once a subscription period has started, refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term.
  • Cancellation of Services: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to avoid charges in the next billing cycle, but no refund is given for the remainder of the current period.
  • Account Suspension or Termination: No refunds will be provided if your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Customized Add-Ons or Integrations: Any fees paid for custom features, integrations, or other personalized solutions are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email Info@axonerp.com with the following details:

  • Your account information (name and email associated with the subscription)
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant payment receipts or transaction details

AXONERP will review refund requests within 7 business days and will notify you of the outcome via email.
